Zero! I rate a zero! I'm a very patient person, but the way my very polite, very personable 10 year old was treated was so ridiculous I pulled him out of the chair and left. This wretched woman scolded him for using too much gel that she had to rinse out, was abrupt and curt when he used incorrect terminology trying to explain what he wanted, and then when her asked for her to loosen the cape, she snapped that it was state law that he had to wear it. He was only asking her to loosen it. After that, I pulled him out of the chair and told her that she had no business with my son. I'm so frustrated I could scream! I teach special needs children. I am patient and kind, so when I see kids mistreated, I step in. But this is my own child treated as a second class citizen when he was excited to get a haircut before picture day. Shame on that woman! This just tops off the fact that we weren't greeted when we walked in AND we waited to be acknowledged 5 minutes after both gentleman before us left!

I was at Sports Clips McKinney Towne Center this week and got a great service. Melody is very good at what she does, friendly and courteous to everyone. She is always happy and jokes around makes the monthly haircut enjoyable. Great experience ..... highly recommend Melody.
