Once you find someone who cuts your hair EXACTLY the way you like AND you have a good rapport with them, you will always keep coming back. That is what I have found in Neda! She does a perfect job, is super sweet and has a gorgeous smile! I also like that you can check in online and not have to wait long.

I literally come in every time and ask for the most basic trim every time and every time I leave I end up with a completely different haircut than what I asked for. I usually do not do this but I am tired of coming in and leaving with a haircut that makes me not want to leave my home. I literally showed a picture of my normal haircut and she messed it up the moment she started cutting. This place has not been the same since Misty left.

Zero! I rate a zero! I'm a very patient person, but the way my very polite, very personable 10 year old was treated was so ridiculous I pulled him out of the chair and left. This wretched woman scolded him for using too much gel that she had to rinse out, was abrupt and curt when he used incorrect terminology trying to explain what he wanted, and then when her asked for her to loosen the cape, she snapped that it was state law that he had to wear it. He was only asking her to loosen it. After that, I pulled him out of the chair and told her that she had no business with my son. I'm so frustrated I could scream! I teach special needs children. I am patient and kind, so when I see kids mistreated, I step in. But this is my own child treated as a second class citizen when he was excited to get a haircut before picture day. Shame on that woman! This just tops off the fact that we weren't greeted when we walked in AND we waited to be acknowledged 5 minutes after both gentleman before us left!

Absolutely horrible experience. I'm pretty low key and relaxed but the store manager Courtney is a rude condescending social justice warrior. She is pathetic in every way! She rushes haircuts and like most millennials she is lacking in manners. She threatened to mess my hair up and provided the rudest most uncomfortable hair cut I've ever received. I have been to this location numerous times and have tipped everyone very well. I am done going to this location and likely any sports clips. Avoid this place and go to another place. One where rude children with no experience are not in charge of a store.

Worst Sports Clips I have ever been to!!!. First I walk in an only find one stylist that I did not like or particularly want to cut my hair as the only person there on duty...later when I go to get my hair washed find the other stylist in my chair hiding on her phone in the back out of side from customers, thus denying me my choice in stylist. Then this older woman who would not and did not listen to me at all about my hair, cut off way to much and then tried to restyle my hair and when I protested 3 times finally gave up on the very unflattering and very feminine hairstyle she was trying to comb my hair into on a very proud and now upset U.S. Army Combat Infantry Veteran and just stated "Here then you comb it the way you like since you don't like my style!!!" Horrible and I will never go back to this location again!!!!

THIS is a new one! Last Saturday, 2/10, the McKinney Towne Center Sports Clips Team went above and beyond the call of duty! The power was out in the whole Shopping Center (due to a car accident) and because I always get a "scissor cut" - they let me in to their otherwise temporarily closed location. My stylist, Sharra moved her chair over into the center aisle so the sunlight could hit one side of my head - and then she performed her magic! In spite of the awkward circumstances, I walked out of there (as always) with an amazing haircut! The whole Team was wonderful and I wholeheartedly recommend that you come here to get your hair cut; they're AWESOME!
